By downloading or using RaceTools, these Terms automatically apply to you. You should read them carefully before using the app. You must be at least 13 years of age to use RaceTools. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. Your use of RaceTools is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
RaceTools is an iOS application developed by MirzaWorks LLC that provides the following features:
The app, including all source code, trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, is owned by MirzaWorks LLC. You are not permitted to:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MirzaWorks LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RaceTools on an iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Your use of RaceTools is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference.
RaceTools Premium unlocks the Car Build Tracker and E85 Locator on Apple CarPlay.
Free Trial: First-time subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial. The free trial is available one time only per Apple ID and is not available to users who have previously subscribed to RaceTools Premium. If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID will be charged. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
RaceTools allows you to voluntarily submit reports about fuel station inaccuracies. By submitting a report, you:
Submitting knowingly false or malicious reports is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service. MirzaWorks LLC reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any submission at its sole discretion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MIRZAWORKS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Station availability data displayed in RaceTools is sourced from a third-party data provider. MirzaWorks LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of any fuel station information presented in the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the app. We recommend that you do not jailbreak your device. Doing so may compromise your device's security features and could cause RaceTools to malfunction or become unavailable.
Certain features of RaceTools require an active internet connection. MirzaWorks LLC is not responsible for the app not functioning at full capacity if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or if your mobile data allowance is exhausted. If you use the app outside your home region, roaming charges from your mobile carrier may apply. You accept responsibility for any such charges.
MirzaWorks LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue RaceTools at any time and for any reason. We do not guarantee that the app will always be updated to remain compatible with the iOS version on your device. In the event of permanent discontinuation of the Service, users with active paid subscriptions will receive reasonable advance notice and may be entitled to a pro-rated refund for their remaining subscription period, subject to Apple's refund policies.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
MirzaWorks LLC may terminate your access to the app at any time. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately, and you must cease using and delete the app from your device.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MirzaWorks LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) any content you submit through the Service, including station reports.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MirzaWorks LLC with respect to your use of RaceTools and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations relating to the same subject matter.
MirzaWorks LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of the Service resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet or telecommunications outages, third-party service failures (including Apple's App Store or infrastructure services), government actions, or any other event outside MirzaWorks LLC's reasonable control. In such events, MirzaWorks LLC's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
